श्री त्रिवेदी मेवाड़ा ब्राह्मण विकास परिषद की स्थापना समाज को एक संगठित मंच प्रदान करने, सामाजिक एकता को सुदृढ़ करने तथा समाज के समग्र विकास के उद्देश्य से की गई। इस पावन संकल्प का प्रारंभ समाज के अग्रणी महानुभावों — स्व. पं. श्री जयगणेश जी जोशी (उज्जैन), पं. श्री पुरुषोत्तम जी उपाध्याय (बड़नगर) तथा स्व. पं. श्री रमेश चंद्र जी उपाध्याय सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ समाजजनों के विचार-विमर्श से हुआ।
समाज के लिए एक व्यापक संगठन की आवश्यकता को अनुभव करते हुए उज्जैन में जाट धर्मशाला (डाबरी पीठा) में समाज की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें अनेक वरिष्ठ एवं सम्मानित समाजजन उपस्थित रहे। इस ऐतिहासिक सभा में समाज को संगठित करने हेतु एक संस्था के गठन का प्रस्ताव रखा गया, जिसे सर्वसम्मति से स्वीकार किया गया।
संस्था के पंजीयन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ करने की जिम्मेदारी स्व. पं. श्री नंदकिशोर जी जोशी (दा साहब) को सौंपी गई तथा संविधान निर्माण हेतु स्व. पं. श्री अनोखेलाल जी त्रिवेदी ‘मुकुल’ साहब की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति गठित की गई। समाज के अनेक वरिष्ठजनों के मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग से संस्था की मजबूत नींव रखी गई।
वर्ष 1989 में सर्वसम्मति से स्व. पं. श्री रमेश चंद्र जी उपाध्याय को विकास परिषद का प्रथम संस्थापक अध्यक्ष चुना गया। उनके नेतृत्व एवं समाजजनों के आशीर्वाद से परिषद ने समाज सेवा, संगठन और विकास के कार्यों में निरंतर प्रगति की।
परिषद के उद्देश्य को और सशक्त बनाने हेतु समाज के अग्रणी कार्यकर्ताओं ने विभिन्न नगरों एवं ग्रामों में भ्रमण कर समाज को एकता, संगठन और विकास की दिशा में प्रेरित किया। इस यात्रा में स्व. पं. श्री राधेलाल जी उपाध्याय (जावरा) का योगदान विशेष रूप से स्मरणीय रहा।
आज विकास परिषद अपने संस्थापक महानुभावों के त्याग, समर्पण और दूरदर्शिता के कारण समाज की सेवा में निरंतर अग्रसर है तथा समाज को एकता, संस्कार और विकास के सूत्र में जोड़ने का कार्य कर रही है।

Bahut hi shant aur saaf Atithigrah hai. Family ke saath stay kiya aur ekdum ghar jaisa feel aaya. Management ka behaviour bahut respectful tha. Mahakal mandir jaane ke liye guidance bhi mil gayi. Definitely recommend for pilgrims.
